Our cattery is run since 2003, with the first litter of our dear Vesha (Vesta Valenvic). Vesha has made a brilliant show career, coming into the WCF World Championship and Championship in CFF by the age of two years. In TICA shows Vesha scored enough points for a Quadriple Grand Champion title (QGC). She hardly ever missed participation in Best in Show. To the time, Vesha’s titles and awards including the SLH Best Opposite Sex won at the WCF World Show in 2003 placed her among few top female cats of all breeds in Russia. Vesha gives birth to excellent show quality kittens.
Vesha is the successor of the glorious dynasty of Valenvic cats (her mother, grandmother, and great grandmother are also WCF World Champions), among her ancestors are the legendary Aldan and Amur Abakan, her grandfather Helios Onix Gloria was presented at the FIFe General Assembly during the Siberian breed recognition. Vesha’s excellent breed characteristics, her harmony and charm have time and again made her a true show stopper. During the WCF World Cat Show 2003 in Moscow, the WCF President Annelise Hackmann has awarded her with the personal sympathy prize. And, of course, Vesha is our beloved friend and member of our family.
In 2004 another young female has joined our cattery. Fenya-Rys’ Ionessi (Nusenka at home) came from Krasnoyarsk (Central Siberia). She is a daughter of all-Siberia-famous Grand International Champion of WCF Busik and granddaughter of a local aboriginal, huge Siberian Yasha. Fenya’s show career has started in spring by victory in the Kitten class at ‛Siberian Wonder - 2004‛ monobreed Siberian Show. In autumn, she participated in five shows in Adult class and acquired the title of WCF Grand International Champion, having two great victories. Fenya became Best semilonghair cat and IVth Best cat of the show held by club ‛Triumph‛ in Tver, and at the very end of 2004 she won a fantastic Best of Best title at the Show held by International Feline center ‛Felis‛. Besides her excellent breed qualities and superior harmony Nusenka charms by her soft, friendly and tender character, she marvelously behaved herself at the shows, became the best friend of Vesha, and favorite of all our family.
In 2005 our cattery was enlarged by Basyona Sibaris, daughter of Vesha and Khariton Angara. Basyona (Basya) lives with our colleague from work, and is very precious to her hosts. Basya had very fine show start in 2006. She was not only constantly nominated for Best in Show, but several times she has won Best Opposite Sex in Semilonghair category, and even acquired the titles of Best in Show, Best in Variety and Best in Category. It is a great success for such a young female!
In winter of 2006 two young females have joined our cattery. Small grace Vorkuta came to us from Krasnoyarsk cattery Dostoyanie Sib. Golden spotted Vanavara Sibaris was a precious gift from Vesha and Lancelot Onix Gloria. Both girls are real beauties and have excellent show quality promising to grow as bright and notable representatives of Siberian breed.
Our Elan Sibaris, beautiful daughter of Vesta and Aramis Onix Gloria, turned out to be a real star in the show season of 2008-2009. Heavy, large, impressive girl, she has won 13 Best in Shows in a row in a year, both in Russia and abroad, including prestigious large shows in Germany, Denmark and Poland.
Time goes by and now our cherished Vesta is already an honored grandmother, a veteran; she relaxes at home and enjoys her rest from shows and litters. This season will be a start of career for her granddaughters, Paraskeva Sibaris, daughter of Elan and Polish boy Dimitry z Kufra Carycy, hosted by Irina Savilina, and Dina Sibirmagi, silver female of Norwegian breeding, daughter of our Feya Sibaris and (N) Saxrya’s Angus Uno (breeder Cathrine Avseth), hosted by Natalia Vasilevskaya. We wish them best luck at the future shows!
Finally, we would like to present our boys. Heres Sibaris, fascinating golden son of Vanavara Sibaris and Angelur Venedict (hosted by Svetlana Razlivinskaya), has won 6 Best in shows in Kitten and Junior classes and obtained a title of Junior Winner (FIFe). Heres is a young boy, but he is already a father of several beautiful and successful children. A year after, his achievements were repeated by a youngest son of Vesta, Komandor Sibaris, hosted by Olga Russo. Large, powerful and magnificent boy, he became Junior Winner with 7 Best in Shows, obtained on prestigious scenes. We must also express our gratitude to Merja Tolonen, owner of Finnish Amante’s cattery for great-grandson of our Vesta, Amante’s Jager of Sibaris.
We love our cats, and we are proud of their success and achievements!
